What We Did
Affirma started with a website rebuild on Shopify, bringing the team together to create a cohesive visual identity, while preparing for a new product line to launch. In the meantime, Affirma stepped up to run social media advertisements, PR campaigns, tradeshow support, influencer marketing, SEO management, email marketing, remarketing ads, and other marketing strategies designed to ultimately increase brand awareness and sales. With the launch of the new product line, geared towards businesses and enterprise field operations, Affirma also developed distinctive B2C and B2B strategies.
With Affirma taking charge, sales grew 36% year over year and conversion rates grew by 27% on the online store. Organic search and rankings grew to comprise over 40% of online store sales for nonbranded keywords that position X-naut’s products in searchers’ time of need (such as “iPad cooling device” and “prevent iPad overheating”). In the same time period, inquires from the B2B sales front requested orders for units by the hundreds and thousands – so much so that X-naut could barely keep up with the leads!
