The requirement for Affirma was to provide a fully outsourced PMO to scope, design, develop and deliver a series of simplification initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong governance and financial controls.

We embedded a Senior Project Manager/PMO Lead and a team of PMs and Analysts working in partnership with our client and their wider team of Cross Organisation Stakeholders.
From Project inception, we developed the Project Charter, Governance model, Project ROB/Rhythm for meetings and updates, a Portfolio of Project plans, and Frameworks for Project Communications & Readiness. Through Project Planning, Design, and Building we managed a portfolio of complex process changes and tools. We developed all Project Executive Sponsors, Stakeholder updates and ongoing Project messaging, Strategic and Project Communications, and Readiness. We led the portfolio of projects through all Exec sponsors, Stakeholders, and Divisional tollgates & milestones.
Our experienced Technology Project Managers managed a series of Automation Projects to test various leading-edge technologies, developing business cases as well as technical specifications and process re-designs to support rigorous Executive decision-making and Project milestone clearance.
