Rob Campbell has been CEO and President of Affirma Consulting for the last three years. He previously served as VP of Project Services and has been a valued member of the Affirma team for the last 17 years. His leadership and influence is critical to shaping the success and future direction of the company.
VP of Customer Engagement
Karen Boun has over 12 years of account management experience and has been a valued member of the Affirma team for the last 8 years. Karen has been instrumental in maturing Affirma’s Customer Engagement Team, growing her team from just 4 engagement managers to 20 and counting. Along with growing her team, she also oversees various strategic level initiatives at Affirma and has contributed immensely to growing Affirma’s enterprise account footprint.
VP of Sales
Anthony has spent the last 10 years at Affirma and previously served as an Account Executive, Director of Sales and Senior Director. He’s worked to build a 30 person sales team, launch our Los Angeles sales office and executed on multiple revenue team initiatives aimed towards net new account acquisition.
VP of Outsourced Operations
Dan has been an influential leader at Affirma for the last 8 years. He has contributed greatly to the immense growth of our BPO practice, expanding our services to locations outside of Bellevue, WA. With over 18 years of experience in Staffing and Outsourced Operations with the world’s largest companies in Tech and several other industries, Dan consistently provides our clients with exceptional solutions and dedicated support.
VP of Project Services
Rhys Jones has over 20 years of successfully managing implementations of business intelligence and technology initiatives, as well as proven financial leadership and controllership. Building on 7 years of Microsoft experience, he has provided critical leadership and expertise during his 8-year ongoing tenure at Affirma.
VP of Digital
Ryan is the VP of Affirma’s Digital practice. He works closely with our clients to help them improve how they engage with their customers, communities, and employees. He thinks the best representation of a brand is how well a customer is treated after the sale. He enjoys talking with business leaders about how to identify unique business problems, reusability, and thinking through scenarios holistically.
VP of Microsoft Partnership
Mark founded Affirma in 2002 and has been focused on its success ever since. Mark has served in several roles at Affirma including Software Engineer, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Business Process Outsourcing, and currently serves as VP of Affirma’s partnership with Microsoft. Mark also was instrumental in Affirma’s geographic expansion including overseeing the initial setup of Affirma’s offices in India, Ireland, Reno and Northwest Arkansas.
Director of Operations
Monica Schneider is the Director of Operations and responsible for supporting our global business operations. She graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Monica joined Affirma in 2009 and has worked in several areas within the business from finance to client delivery. She has managed large enterprise engagements, earning high praise from her team and clients.
General Manager of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
Erin currently oversees Affirma’s EMEA operations and works to support our continued partnership with Microsoft. She spent the last 4 years in the Dublin office where she was responsible for establishing Affirma’s European footprint and growing the Ireland office to over 70 people. Erin started at Affirma over 9 years ago as the companies first Recruiter and has worked in a variety of roles ever since. She takes a people-first approach to her work and loves to build out great teams and work closely with customers to provide a positive experience.
Senior Director of Modern Workplace
Josh King has been at Affirma for the last five years and manages Affirma’s Modern Workplace business practice which covers intranets, extranets and other collaboration platforms and tools.
Director of Digital Marketing
Alyson is the Director of Digital Marketing at Affirma and has been with the company for 5 years. Her team loves to help clients reach their sales and marketing goals (ultimately driving revenue) using different tactics, such as email marketing, organic social, paid ads, SEO, content and more.
Director of Custom Development
Brendan serves as the Director of Custom Development and has been a valued member of the Affirma team for the last five years.
Senior Director of Data & Analytics
Tyler is a dedicated leader and continues to drive growth of the Data & Analytics practice at Affirma. Tyler has been at Affirma for the last three years and is responsible for several key initiatives in business development, talent management and thought leadership.
Ashley is the HR Generalist at Affirma. She oversees Affirma’s HR Operations spanning from employee relations to benefits. Ashley has over 6 years of progressive HR experience. She graduated from the University of Washington and takes pride in building relationships across all levels within the organization.

Amit has been with Affirma for the past 15 years and has held various management positions. Amit has been a key contributor in developing the India office and has mastered the process of delivering projects across geographic locations. He has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of key complex projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Director of India Services
Krunal has been with Affirma for 15 years and is currently Director of India Services. He was one of the early members to start Affirma’s offshore operations and has wide experience in delivering solutions across geographic teams.
